“The foremost living Lewis Scholar” is coming to Wordsmithy 2015!

The NSA Wordsmithy writer’s workshop is where good writers go to get better. If you’re an accomplished writer, an aspiring writer, or simply an appreciative reader of good writing, you’ll fit right in at Wordsmithy.

This year, we are particularly pleased to welcome DR. MICHAEL WARD as our keynote speaker. Reviewing Ward’s work for the Times Literary Supplement, N.T. Wright said, “With Planet Narnia, Michael Ward has established himself not only as the foremost living Lewis scholar, but also as a brilliant writer.”

WilsonWilsonWardWard also joins award-winning authors
N.D. Wilson and Douglas Wilson.

Wordsmithy is a weekend filled with writing, learning, inspiration, and interaction with new friends, fellow writers, and respected authors. This is one event you don’t want to miss!

Here's what some of last year’s Wordsmithy attendees had to say:

[vc_row][vc_column width="2/3"][vc_column_text][su_quote cite="Kayla C."]Wordsmithy is the first writing conference I have attended, and I cannot say enough how blessed I have been by it. To spend a weekend learning from and spending time with like-minded people was great; the knowledge I gained was a great deal more than I had expected as well. For me personally, it was a perfect blend of mind and heart. Thank you![/su_quote][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column width="2/3"][vc_column_text][su_quote cite="Hannah S."]Being a writer can be a lonely thing, especially when looking around at the kinds of books that are popular today. It was incredibly encouraging, then, to see and hear from writers who are still writing good books, showing that the best books aren't always at least fifty years old; there are still Tolkiens and C. S. Lewises around today.[/su_quote][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column width="2/3"][vc_column_text][su_quote cite="Matthew H."]Fall in love with writing all over again as you hone the abilities the Great Storyteller has given you to fulfill your part in His unfolding tale.[/su_quote][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
