Tyson Schlect

Tyson Schlect is a Lecturer in Science at New St. Andrews College in Moscow, Idaho and is a practicing professional engineer in Spokane, Washington. His academic interests are in the history and philosophy of science, history of engineering, and mathematics. He currently lectures on the history and philosophy of science at the sophomore level. His professional engineering practice centers around engineered systems for maintaining water quality in the environment, the mathematical theories of which arose out of the French school of mathematical philosophy.

He and his wife have four daughters.
